Agents, registration required — rules and regulations authorized
Effective Aug 28, 1987(L. 1987 S.B. 272 § 11)
- 1. A prepaid dental plan corporation shall register the names of all persons acting as agents, for the solicitation of contracts, with the director within thirty days after September 28, 1987.
- 2. The director may, after notice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to provide for the licensing of agents and the termination or revocation of such licenses.
