Mo. Rev. Stat. § 338.700

Definitions

Effective Aug 28, 2017(L. 2017 S.B. 139)

As used in sections 338.700 to 338.710, the following terms shall mean:

(1) "Board", the Missouri board of pharmacy;
(2) "Department", the Missouri department of health and senior services;
(3) "Program", the RX cares for Missouri program.
