1. 1. Upon filing an initial registration statement under sections 285.700 to 285.750, a PEO shall pay an initial registration fee not to exceed five hundred dollars.
2. 2. Upon each annual renewal of a registration statement filed under sections 285.700 to 285.750, a PEO shall pay a renewal fee not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars.
3. 3. The secretary of state shall determine any fee to be charged for a group registration.
4. 4. Each PEO seeking limited registration shall pay a fee in the amount not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars upon initial application for limited registration and upon each renewal of such limited registration.
5. 5. No fee charged under sections 285.700 to 285.750 shall exceed the amount reasonably necessary for the administration of sections 285.700 to 285.750.
