Citation of law — secretary of state to enforce
Effective Aug 28, 2018(L. 2018 H.B. 1719)
- 1. Sections 285.700 to 285.750 shall be known and may be cited as the "Professional Employer Organization Act".
- 2. The secretary of state or any person designated by the secretary of state may enforce the provisions of sections 285.700 to 285.750.
