Mo. Rev. Stat. § 285.110
Penalty for violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110
Effective Aug 28, 1974(L. 1974 S.B. 409 § 3)
Any employer found guilty of a violation of sections 285.100 to 285.110 shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars for each offense.
