Hearings, director to promulgate rules
Effective Aug 28, 1980(L. 1980 H.B. 1627 § 31)
All hearings provided for in sections 276.401 to 276.581 or in regulations promulgated hereunder shall be held in accordance with the provisions prescribed by the director.
