Violation a misdemeanor

Effective Aug 28, 1959(L. 1953 p. 9 § 266.350, A.L. 1959 H.B. 236 § 266.355)

In addition to the civil penalties provided herein, each violation of any provision of sections 266.291 to 266.351 shall be deemed a misdemeanor.
