Rights and privileges of adjoining state
Effective Sep 10, 1947(L. 1947 V. II p. 334 § 3)
Such adjoining state or political subdivision thereof shall have all the rights, privileges, and duties of like political subdivisions of this state, except the right to exercise eminent domain.
