Bylaws, adoption and approval

Effective May 30, 1990(L. 1990 S.B. 479 & 649 § 17)

The board shall adopt corporation bylaws which shall be approved by a minute of the commission. The bylaws of a corporation shall not be amended without approval by a minute of the commission.
