Uniformity of law a consideration in construing statutory provisions
Effective Aug 28, 2008(L. 2008 S.B. 1139)
In applying and construing sections 194.216* to 194.290, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
