Compliance with federal laws relating to pupil rights required
Effective Aug 28, 1983(L. 1983 H.B. 815 § 162.022)
The state of Missouri shall comply with all the provisions of the federal law relating to the protection of pupil rights, as contained in Section 1232h(b) of Title 20 United States Code.
