State and area advisory committees, how appointed — tenure
Effective Jul 1, 1974(L. 1973 H.B. 474 § 32)
- 1. The commissioner of education shall appoint such state and area advisory committees as are needed to make recommendations for the various state schools for severely handicapped children.
- 2. The members of these advisory committees shall serve at the discretion of the commissioner of education.
