Mo. Rev. Stat. § 137.550
Provisions of sections 137.485 to 137.550 to supersede any conflicting provisions in city charter
Effective Aug 28, 1945(L. 1945 p. 1859 § 23)
The several provisions of sections 137.485 to 137.550 shall supersede any provisions in any charter of such cities which may be in conflict with the provisions of said sections.
