- 1. For his services in collecting any earnings tax imposed by the city under provisions contained in its charter, the collector of revenue in any constitutional charter city not within a county shall receive the sum of eight thousand five hundred dollars annually in addition to the compensation otherwise provided by law.
- 2. The compensation provided by this section shall be paid semimonthly in equal installments.
