Contractual rights not invalidated by dissolution
Effective Aug 28, 2016(L. 2016 S.B. 572)
No dissolution of the corporation shall invalidate or affect any right accruing to the corporation or to any person or invalidate or affect any contract entered into or imposed on the corporation.
