Sovereign immunity applicable to regional investment district and commissioners
Effective Aug 28, 2006(L. 2006 S.B. 825)
The provisions of sections 537.600 to 537.650 shall apply to the regional investment district and to the Missouri members of the regional investment district commission established in section 70.515.
