Nursing home licensing requirements not to apply to veterans' homes
Effective Aug 28, 1989(L. 1989 H.B. 850)
In addition to those entities specified in section 198.012, the provisions of sections 198.003 to 198.136 shall not apply to the Missouri veterans' homes.
