Mo. Rev. Stat. § 41.201 – Use of state-owned vehicles, Missouri National Guard members considered state employees — exception

Service members of the Missouri National Guard shall be considered state employees for the purposes of operating state-owned vehicles for official state business, unless the^* members are called into active federal military service by order of the President of the United States under and pursuant to Title 10 of the United States Code.
