Mo. Rev. Stat. § 40.285
Disrespect to superior commissioned officer — court-martial
Effective Aug 28, 1984(L. 1984 H.B. 1035 § 90)
Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 who behaves with disrespect toward his superior commissioned officer shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
