Treasurer's transition period defined
Effective Aug 28, 1977(L. 1977 H.B. 493 & 458)
The transition period shall begin on the fifteenth day of November following the election of a treasurer who is not an incumbent and shall end when that treasurer-elect has taken the oath of office.
