PURPOSE: This rule will allow active duty military members who hold interpreter certification to remain in good standing for the duration of duty.
(1) While a certificate holder is an active duty member of the United States Armed Forces, the certificate referenced in this section shall be renewed without—
(B) Obtaining continuing education credits when—
tary duty prevent obtaining such training and a waiver request has been submitted to the appropriate Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) staff; or
duty, performs the certified occupation as part of his or her military duties as annotated in Defense Department Form 214 (DD 214).
