PURPOSE: This rule provides the definitions of words used in these rules.

1. (1) “Applicant” means an Innovation Campus applying for tax credits on behalf of a donor.
2. (2) “Donor” means a person or entity which makes an eligible donation (as that term is defined in the statute) to an Innovation Campus.
