PURPOSE: This rule establishes the causes for suspending a person from covered transactions with the Missouri Housing Development Commission.

1. (1) In the public interest, the Missouri Housing Development Commission (commission) may suspend a person for any cause specified in 4 CSR 170-8.060 or upon reasonable suspicion that such cause exists.
2. (2) The commission may also suspend a person awaiting verdict or civil judgment in any action as described in 4 CSR 170-8.060 until such verdict or civil judgment is rendered.
