PURPOSE: This rule clarifies that all hearings will be public, the parties may attend and notice will be made at the offices of the department director.

1. (1) All hearings before the director shall be open to the public. All parties have a right to be present.
2. (2) Notice of the hearing will be posted prominently at the front door of the offices of 20 CSR 800-1

the department director, Room 530, 301 W. High Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
