PURPOSE: This rule establishes the manufactured home tiedown systems standards for manufactured homes located in this state which entered the first stage of production after November 22, 1976.

1. (1) The federal standards set forth in 24 CFR section 3280.306 constitute the manufactured home tie-down systems standards for manufactured homes located in this state which entered the first stage of production after November 22, 1976.
