PURPOSE: To set forth policies of which records are open and which records are closed to the public.

1. (1) All open public records related to electrical contractor licenses will be open for inspection and copying by the general public at the division’s office during normal business hours, holidays excepted.
2. (2) The division director, or his or her designee, shall serve as custodian of these records as required by section 610.023, RSMo.
3. (3) The division closes all records required by statute to be closed.
