Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 20, § 2085-13.010 – Definitions

PURPOSE: This rule defines crossover licenses for barbering and cosmetology.

(1) Definitions.
1. (A) Crossover license. A license that is issued to any person that has met the licensure and examination requirements for both barbering and cosmetology.
2. (B) Crossover establishment. Any establishment that has met the licensure and inspection requirements for both a barber establishment and a cosmetology establishment.
3. (C) Crossover instructor. Any instructor that has met the licensure and examination requirements for both a barber instructor and a cosmetology instructor.
4. (D) Crossover operator. Any person that has met the licensure and examination requirements to practice as a barber and any classified occupation of cosmetology.
5. (E) Crossover school. Any school that has met the licensure and inspection requirements for both a barber school and a cosmetology school.
