PURPOSE: This rule establishes the certifying entities acceptable to the board.

1. (1) A certifying entity shall be accredited to certify practitioners of applied behavior analysis by a nationally-recognized agency including but not limited to:

   1. (A) National Commission for Certifying Agencies; or
   2. (B) American National Standards Institute.
