PURPOSE: This rule establishes the conditions under which the state may request copies of labels or labeling from a license applicant or licensee.

1. (1) Copies of labels or labeling may be requested under the following conditions, section 266.165.3, RSMo:

   1. (A) Formal written complaint;
   2. (B) Serious violations as to label format or label content; or
   3. (C) Question as to nutritional adequacy, suitability, safety, and content of the feed.
