PURPOSE: This rule contains the criteria by which pharmacies, hospitals and nonprofit clinics will maintain records required under the Prescription Drug Repository Program.

1. (1) All records required to be maintained as a part of the Prescription Drug Repository Program shall be maintained for a minimum of five (5) years by participating pharmacies, Communicable Disease Prevention

hospitals, nonprofit clinics and institutional facilities.

1. (2) Records required as part of the program shall be maintained separate from other records.
