PURPOSE: This rule determines the contagious or infectious diseases for which testing is reasonable and appropriate and which may be administered pursuant to section 191.631, RSMo.

1. (1) Tests for the following contagious or infectious diseases may be administered pursuant to sections 191.630 to 191.631, RSMo:

   1. (A) Hepatitis B;
   2. (B) Hepatitis C;
   3. (C) Syphilis; and/or
   4. (D) Human T-Cell Lymphotropic Virus (HTLV) I/II.
