PURPOSE: This rule prohibits the use of radiation for the purpose of selling footwear.

1. (1) It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, association or corporation to operate or maintain within this state, any fitting devices or machines which use fluoroscopic, X-ray or radiation principles for the purpose of selling footwear through commercial outlets.
