PURPOSE: The attorney general administers provisions of the Wheelchair Lemon Law and Assistive Devices for Major Life Activity, sections 407.950 to 407.970, RSMo. The attorney general is required to establish regulations controlling the arbitration of disputes arising under these provisions. This rule 15 CSR 60-11

specifies procedures related to submission of the case on documents only.

1. (1) If the hearing is on documents only, all documents shall be submitted to the arbitrator no later than thirty-five (35) days from the filing date. The arbitrator shall render a decision within ten (10) business days based on all documents submitted.
