PURPOSE: This rule defines the data elements that the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) information management system will use as primary data elements.
(1) The primary data elements used in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) information management system are the following:
(A) Identification numbers.

Identification of the initial financing statement is stamped on written UCC records or otherwise permanently associated with the record maintained for UCC records in the UCC information management system. A record is created in the information management system for each initial financing statement and all information comprising a record is maintained in the system. The record is identified by the same information assigned to the initial financing statement.
the filing officer identifies a UCC record other than an initial financing statement. In the information management system, records of all UCC records, other than initial financing statements, are linked to the record of their related initial financing statement;
