PURPOSE: This rule provides procedures following receipt of a notice of bankruptcy. (1) The filing officer shall take no action upon receipt of a notification, formal or informal, of a bankruptcy proceeding involving a debtor named in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) information management system. The filing officer shall obey all lawful orders of court served upon the officer.
