Subd. 1. Applicability.

The definitions in this section apply to this chapter.

Subd. 2. Advisory council.

"Advisory council" means the council created under section 116X.05.

Subd. 3. Commissioner.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of natural resources.

Subd. 4. Grant program.

"Grant program" means the program established under section 116X.03.
