Dissolution.
(By authority conferred on the board of directors of the Michigan education trust by section 11 of 1986 PA 316, MCL 390.1431).Student Financial Services Board
Upon dissolution of the trust, assets, if any, remaining after all other obligations have been met will be distributed to the state of Michigan for a public purpose.
