A person, firm, corporation, public body, or agency aggrieved by a decision of the board may request, in writing, that the board hold a hearing in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being S24.201 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
