Notification of intent to receive educational benefits.
(By authority conferred on the board of directors of the Michigan education trust by section 11 of 1986 PA 316, MCL 390.1431).Student Financial Services Board
A beneficiary who intends to begin using educational benefits shall submit a written request to receive benefits in the manner set forth in the contract.
