Deferment of payments; periods.

(By authority conferred on the higher education assistance authority by section 5 of Act No. 77 of the Public Acts of 1960, being S390.955 of the Michigan Compiled Laws)Student Financial Services Board

(1) The period of authorized deferment shall be in compliance with requirements prescribed in the act or by the authority.
(2) Monthly payments shall resume after the deferment condition has ended as specified in the act.
