1. (1) None of the individuals referred to in section 31 of the act may have any interest, direct or indirect, in dealing in the lottery or in the ownership or leasing of any property or premises used by or for the lottery.

2. (2) An individual or organization or employees of an organization under contract with the bureau is not eligible to win any prize in any lottery operated by the bureau during the period of the contract if the individual, organization, or employee has access to any of the following that is not open to the general public:

   1. (a) Bureau data.
   2. (b) Books and records.
   3. (c) Electronic data processing programs.
   4. (d) Systems designs.
   5. (e) Other information.
