Mich. Admin. Code R. 247.172
Applicability.
(By authority conferred upon the department by section 710 of Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1949, as amended, being S257.710 of the Michigan Compiled Laws)Bureau of Highway Development
(1) These rules apply to all public streets and highways in this state.
(2) These rules do not prevent the application of any other statute or local ordinance which is more restrictive than these rules. Traction devices shall not be used pursuant to these rules unless there is compliance with other laws and ordinances.
