Air carrier airports.

(By authority conferred on the aeronautics commission by sections 51 and 86 of 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.51 and 259.86, and section 11 of 1959 PA 259, MCL 259.491)Aeronautics Commission

The commission shall grant an air carrier airport license if both of the following minimum requirements are met:

(a) The airport employs an airport manager licensed by the commission.
(b) The airport has a valid airport operating certificate, or a limited airport operating certificate, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration.
