Fueling of aircraft.
(By authority conferred on the aeronautics commission by sections 51 and 86 of 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.51 and 259.86, and section 11 of 1959 PA 259, MCL 259.491)Aeronautics Commission
No aircraft shall be fueled in a hangar, or while the engine is running.
