1. (1) A person shall not willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer or member of the fire department, at the scene of or in the immediate vicinity of a fire, who is vested with authority under the act or this code to direct, control, or regulate traffic.
2. (2) A person who violates this rule is guilty of a misdemeanor.
