Right to appeal.
(By authority conferred on the secretary of state by section 309 of Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1949, as amended, being S257.309 of the Michigan Compiled Laws)Driver Licensing
A person who is aggrieved by a final decision of the department involving the application of these rules may appeal as provided in the act.
