Membership fee.
(By authority of section 13 of chapter IV, part 4, of Act No. 256 of the Public Acts of 1917, being S534.13 of the Michigan Compiled Laws)Insurance
On and after October 1, 1952, all farmers' mutual fire insurance companies doing business under section 2, chapter IV, of part 4 of the insurance code, as latest amended, will not charge a membership fee upon the issuance of a policy to a new member or upon the increase of a policy already in force.
