An agent who fails to comply with R 500.601, R 500.602, and R 500.605 is rebuttably presumed to have given cause for revocation or suspension of his or her license or for imposition of a civil penalty for each such failure within the meaning of sections 1242 and 1244 of Act No.218 of the Public Acts of 1956, as amended, being SS500.1242 and 500.1244 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
