Public hearing.

(By authority conferred on the executive director of the Michigan administrative hearing system by section 210 of 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.210, and Executive Reorganization Order Nos. 2005-1 and 2011-4, MCL 445.2021 and 445.2030)Insurance

The commissioner may order a public hearing for the purpose of obtaining information and providing the public with an opportunity to present data, views, and arguments on issues upon which the commissioner is authorized to make a determination.
