§ 5014

Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 9, § 5014 (2025)

Violation as unfair trade practice

Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a violation of Title 5, chapter 10, the Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Any intentional violation of this chapter shall be a Class D crime.
